Information About Avengers Assemble: Flight Force

In a previous life, the Avengers Assemble: Flight Force roller coaster started out as the Aerosmith themed Rock ‘n’ Rollercoaster. Opening in March 2002, the coaster’s premise was that engineers from the (fake) record company Tour de Force Records created a new music experience. Riders get to “test” this brand new experience.

In July 2022 when the Avengers Campus opened in Walt Disney Studios Park, the roller coaster was renamed Avengers Assemble: Flight Force. The new theme of the coaster allows riders to help Marvel super heroes save the world.

Between the Aerosmith theme and Marvel Avengers retheme, nothing about the coaster track changed. It still launches you 0 to 97 km (60 miles) an hour in 2.8 seconds. Riders also still experience 5g on inversions.
